Anything helps

I am a single mother of 2 beautiful little girls. This year has been a huge struggle for me and my girls. My youngest daughter has some health issues and goes to the doctors in indy a lot as well as physical therapy appointments. A few months ago I took in my niece and nephew. All of the children are under the age of 4 with the youngest being only 3 months old. I recently lost my job and now I'm struggling with my bills. I'm also afraid I won't be able to get them anything for Christmas. I'd love to be able to put things under the tree for them. Anything helps and I greatly appreciate it. God bless. ❤
