Running has helped TFW Cork gym get through the current pandemic and on July 25th 2020 we are running a Marathon, one of our own TFW team Paul Depuis has MS and we want to support him and his charity to enable and empower people affected by Multiple Sclerosis to live the life of there choice to their fullest potential #LAST MILE BEST MILE.
