<div>In fact, State Farm recently removed the Appraisal Clause for repair procedure claims from their policy, and other leading insurance companies are following this trend.

<div>To fight against this, in 2021, Robert McDorman and Auto Claim Specialists submitted a bill to the Texas State Legislative body. This bill would have given all Texas drivers the Mandatory Right to a Fair Appraisal. Meaning, if you and your insurance company disagree about the value of your insurance claim, those disagreements would be settled by an independent 3rd party.

<div>Auto Claim Specialists went through several rounds with the state legislators, and it seemed like the bill would pass. However, at the last minute, due to unknown 3rd party interference, the rug was pulled out from under our feet. Which meant insurance companies continued to place whatever value on insurance claims they wanted.

<div>Fast forward one year, Robert McDorman and Auto Claim Specialists haven't given up. We're preparing to return to Congress the Capital one last time. But now, we need your help.
