Texans Help Wuhan Medical workers to Fight Coronavirus

More than 70,000 are now infected by the SARS-related Coronavirus and not only have hundreds died in Wuhan alone, more reported cases kept rising in other cities and countries. Along with 15 surrounding areas, Wuhan, a city of 11 million, has had its transportation completely locked down. The magnitude of this pandemic of 46+ million overshadows Sci-Fi movies.
Many doctors have been infected and a few have died due to the lack of protective medical equipment. Hospitals are now in desperate need of medical overalls and safety goggles.
This GoFundMe campaign was created by six Texas residents on January 24, and was later hosted by AGWCS (Austin Great Wall Chinese School), a 501(c) non-profit organization. More organizations have joined the forces. All proceeds will go towards the purchase of safety goggles and medical overalls to protect the doctors and nurses at the front line. We especially need to protect their lives so they can fight Coronavirus in the place of its origin before it spreads even further.

德州华人援鄂团于一月二十四号下午火速成立随后奥斯汀长城中文学校同意作为主办方. 整个捐款活动将以奥斯丁长城中文学校(非营利组织)的名义. 负责具体活动的核心组决定如下事项:
