We are trying to help the family of David M. Howell.  His wife tragicly lost her life Jan 6, 2016.  Below is the news report.  David loved his wife very much.

David is one of our employees so we want to help him out any way possible.  It's going to be difficult to raise two young girls and maintain a steady income.  We have come to know the children and Teresa as they would often come to the shop and eat lunch with David.

We found out that from her brother that she did not have insurance.  David is going to need help paying for Theresa's hospital bills and the girl's hospital bills.  They were transported by ambulance to the emergency room.

Our goal is to raise $4,000.00.  If you can help us get there, RCS Millwork will match that.  Anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated!!!

EXCELSIOR SPRINGS, Mo. -- Friends and family are praying for the family of Teresa Howell, 28, a mother killed in a head-on collision with an ambulance Wednesday morning on Highway 92 near Excelsior Springs.

"They have to grow up without a mother," said Richard Truckowski, a family friend.

The crash happened just before 8 a.m. Wednesday in rural Clay County between Kearney and Excelsior Springs on Highway 92.

Troopers say Howell had her two children, ages 5 and 6, with her when she lost control of her Ford Focus and slid into the oncoming lane, colliding head-on with a Kearney ambulance. The ambulance was not transporting a patient or rushing to an emergency call.

The crash on the icy hill may have been nearly unavoidable. An ambulance responding to the crash also slid off the road. No one in either ambulance was hurt.

"My wife and I had already prayed for the family and we believe that God will lead them through this, but it really hurts. It hurts us because we`ve known that family for years," said Truckowski.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said everyone in the car had their seat belts on. The driver of the ambulance involved in the crash was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but wasn't injured. The children were eventually transferred to Children's Mercy Hospital with minor and moderate injuries.

Teresa's Husband David needs your help.  Anything you are willing to give will help him raise the 2 girls.  God bless.
