Testing, Spaying, Fostering 3 Feral Cats

Feral Mama cat and 2 kittens need help. The kittens need to be rescued and spayed/neutered. And mama cat needs to be spayed and released. I will also foster the 2 kittens in our house and find good people to adopt them.
I am not getting any help at this point with the Feral Cat Coalition having a wait line of 1 month and not offering any free testing and the Humane Society being on lock down due to Covid-19. Other places are either closed or have a long waiting line.
So far, we were able to involve our generous neighbors and get 3 free traps. We are also hoping to get a large cage or a playpen for fostering kittens. But adding up all the following initial costs made me realize it will be a bigger expense than anticipated.
Why I am doing this? I saw this same mama cat having another litter, but we could not get to them on time, she showed up once and we never saw the kittens again… They may have been killed, ran over or roaming and spreading more kittens. I started feeding mama cat after that because she was so skinny and hungry. And now it is a perfect time to stop the cycle of spreading abandoned cats and kittens in our neighborhood, at least from this cat.
I also became personally attached to this beautiful, smart feral mama cat, even though she still hisses at me from afar while I feed her. :)
Any help will be appreciated. If we have anything left it will be donated to the Feral Cat Coalition.
