Electric wheelchair

Hi, my name is Donnella, and I am reaching out to you today with a personal request for help.

For years I have been living with several disabilities that limit my mobility, the worst is called Degenerative Disk Disease with added Disk bulges that trap my sciatic nerve.

This has stopped me from enjoying the outdoors and visiting historic places (sometimes searching for ghosts) as I can not walk without aids, so far I have managed with crutches but the pain is so severe now they do not help.

My hope is to get an electric wheelchair, these are lighter than mobility scooters so might enable me to be more independent and go out on my own but what I really want is to be able to continue making memories with my kids.

The total cost for the wheelchair is £1,200, however I have managed to start saving myself and have £200 in the kitty. If I keep trying to save by myself my kids will be all grown up by the time I can afford one.
