Please help Terry Burden
"Terry has been in the hospital 6 weeks" and
"This is the time to help Terry fight his battle with Parkinson's"
Some of us in the entertainment industry have known Terry for 40 plus years and some of us have been helped by Terry with our careers. One of Terry's best quotes was "If it is easy to say yes, say yes".
Our friend Terry started telling his friends about the terrible disease Parkinson's that was slowly taking over his body around 2013. During the early stages of the disease, Terry and Tatyana were blessed with their new son Dylan. Terry loves Dylan with all his heart. Dylan is still bringing joy to Terry even during these troubling times.
The bad news is that in the last 6 months Parkinson's Disease has caused a dramatic decline in Terry's motor skills to the point where he can't walk and has a problem with using his hands.
Last year Terry was accepted into an experimental program for Parkinson's disease patients. Terry has had to fly to Washington DC fifteen plus times to participate in the program. These trips have depleted all of his savings. He is required to go back to Washington DC next month to start phase 2 of the program. Phase 2 is supposed to provide him with the medicine that can help regenerate some of the damage that the disease has caused. Time is a crucial component of his recovery.
Terry is left with the option of GoFundMe; humbling himself before his friends and family, their friends and family, and hopefully their friends and family as well, to ask for help.
And finally, please share this campaign through Facebook and email with a personal message from you to your network asking them to read it, consider contributing, and sharing as well. That is the only way this campaign will be successful.
Thank you for your love, your support, and the incredible gift of your help.
