Terminally ill father needs help!

Chris Robinson is a loving father and husband that was dealt a bad blow about 8 years ago.  He was diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy.  What this means is his heart is enlarging in his chest and there is no medical cure.  So far he has been able to help it with medications but it will eventually take his life.  He was given 2 years and has had 6, but that is only because he has been able to access medical care when needed.

To get better care for Chris we moved to South Dakota in December 2016.  Thankfully our 1992 Ford Explorer made it all the way from Washington.  Unfortunately, the Explorer didn't last long.  The head gasket went out in Late April 2017.  Causing Chris to miss numerous doctor appointments.  This is the only vehicle we have.  

When we moved to South Dakota the only house that would rent to us was a farm 17 miles outside of town.  Not having a vehicle has made getting Chris to doctor appointments and keeping groceries in the house a major task.

We are asking for help to get the funds necessary to repair our vehicle.  We live on Chris' disability benefits which pay the bills but leave us nothing extra to save to get the vehicle repaired.  I can't work outside of the home as I am Chris' caregiver and his condition warrants almost constant monitoring.

We don't want people to think we are begging.  We have exhausted every avenue we know of to get help with the repair, but no luck.  Without this repair, we are stranded on the farm with no way out!  

Please find it in your heart to help so I can keep my husband and my kid's father beating the odds and with us a little longer.
