Kidney transplant-uncovered expense

in 2003 i recieved a kidney from my brother rob. i have been been chronically ill since birth, requiring over 30 surgeries . i have a neural tube defect and urinary tract defects. through my struggles i have always maintained a full time job, although this is getting more difficult as i get older. rob passed away unexpectedly of a heart attack at 43. around that time our kidney began to fail as well. i now have less than 3% function. my brother jeff has offered his kidney and we are seeking help for his travel and expenses which are not covered by my insurance. he will need to travel from washington to texas for the surgery. also my company has reduced my hours and is pressuring me to quit or go to to part time, since i have been hospitalized 3 times and they have deemed this "excessive" . im continuing my job (which i love) and hopefully will have funds to pay cobra if they succeed in terminating me. all my evaluations are good and im a dedicated hard worker. i will be starting dialysis soon and hopefully not need further hospital stays. god bless! tee
