Teresa's Spine Surgery

My aunt Teresa is going in for a "Vertebral Column Resection" on 9/12/17. She has been through 14 surgeries since she was a child--some bigger than others--for her scoliosis, kyphosis, and newly diagnosed throacic spinal deformity. This surgery is a major procedure that comes with a hefty copayment and an extended hospital stay. My aunt and her husband are both genuine, hardworking people, and they have a daughter just starting high school.
My aunt is one of the funniest people I know and she has been one of my best friends for as long as I can remember. Anyone who knows her would agree that she is kind, caring, and can make ANYONE laugh!
Both my family and her husband's family are doing all that we can to support my aunt in her recovery. We can really use your help to raise money to help alleviate some of the finanical stress her and her family will be going through. EVERY little bit counts!
Please do not mention this to Teresa -- she would have never let us make something like this for her. We are going to surprise her a few days before she goes into surgery.
