Teresa Haygood’s Recovery Fund

This cause is near and dear to our family’s heart. My niece was struck by a car on November 28th. She was crossing the street with a friend. They were both struck. He suffered minor injuries, but Teresa is in critical condition. She’s had brain surgery in which they temporarily removed part of her skull. In addition to many other injuries she also has a broken pelvis. It’s been very heartbreaking for us.

Teresa is only 22 years old. Teresa recently completed school for Nuclear Medicine Technology. She was working at a hospital doing long shifts and going to 12 hour clinicals every other day to complete an additional certification. She’s a rising star, but has a long road to recovery ahead of her and needs help. Our family has never done a Go Fund Me page, but this tragedy is too much for us to handle alone. The funds will go directly to her grandmother who is managing her hospital bills, and her rehabilitation expenses. We are saddened by this tragedy. Please contribute any amount possible.
