<div>Devarjaye Daniel is a thirteen year old diagnosed with metastatic anaplastic ependymoma brain and spine cancer, there is currently not a cure for this type of cancer. However, with a prognosis not so good, Devarjaye carries an undeniable spirit and gains the attention of everyone he meets. Devarjaye is one of three children, all being raised by a blue collar single father who is a service-connected disabled military veteran who honorably served our country.

<div>Devarjaye has recently gained the attention of multiple law enforcement agencies in the Houston area and has been sworn-in as an honorary officer, deputy and federal special agent by multiple agencies. Devarjaye has won the hearts of many, if you ever met Devarjaye in person, you would immediately see why. Moreover, local news outlets are beginning to cover Devarjaye’s remarkable journey.

<div>Devarjaye was diagnosed with brain and spine cancer in September of 2018. Since his diagnosis, he has undergone 11 surgeries and a number of other extensive medical procedures. Devarjaye's medical diagnosis is terminal and was initially given five months to live. Devarjaye continues to courageously fight cancer with the relentless support of his parents, members of the community and many prayer support groups.

<div>With all that said, the Daniel family is struggling financially and they need assistance. Providing the basic everyday living essentials is becoming difficult for the Daniel family, along with the growing amount of medical expenses. Additionally, Devarjaye’s father is not able to consistently work due to the time required for Devarjaye’s medical needs.
