From our first pint, we've always sought to make Temperance a part of the community —through fundraisers, as a social gathering place — to bring neighbors together in support of one another and bring more joy to our corner of the globe. We are devastated that we can't do that for the time being.
The current health and economic crisis has hit us hard. We rely on Tap Room sales as well as sales to restaurants and bars for most of our revenue. Those are all closed now.
This means we've had to furlough many employees, and those who are still working aren't making the money they were before.
We will use the money you donate to provide as much relief as we can to everyone not making the money they were before. We will be making bi-weekly (or as often as we can based on funds raised) withdrawals to the Temperance account and pass through payments to staff.
You know we like a good party, and we know this too shall pass, so we're adding some incentives for everyone to look forward to collect once we're on the other side.
Finally, if you would also like to help us keep the lights on at the brewery itself, the quickest and easiest way to give us a micro-loan is to buy a gift card .

$100 - Gain admittance to the Community Appreciation Rager we will be throwing once it's safe to do so. Drink tickets included.
$250 - Shotgun a beer with staff and come to the Rager.
$500 - Throw your own party in the brewery with 9 of your closest friends (10 total). We'll throw in the beer. Plus, you get all the other incentives, of course!
