Dear Friends and Family,
I am writing this letter with much excitement for what God is doing in my life and the lives of others! He is so faithful and powerful; I am in awe of Him. This March, I will be moving to Canada(British Columbia) for about 4 months to be a missionary leader in the YWAM(Youth With A Mission) base there. I will be helping lead the EFM(English For Missions) school as a TEFL(teaching English as a foreign language) teacher to other missionaries. My purpose for going to this YWAM base is that I will be able to gain experience teaching English as a foreign language as well as share the love of Jesus in the community. Specifically, my time in YWAM will be spent teaching English to other missionaries, sharing the love of Jesus with others and helping out with other duties at the YWAM base.
The first and most important thing I am asking for is your prayers, as everything about this journey is in God’s capable hands. I am also asking for financial support for one time supporters and monthly supporters if, and only if, God lays it on your heart to support in this way. It is necessary that I raise the remaining ($3,676.00). This is about $919.00/month. I will need to raise at least $919.00 before March 1st.
I have no doubt this experience will be life-changing and I am excited to share it with you.
