Help with bills due to illness

Recently I have been having health problems that caused me to have to quit my job. 

I am reaching out for any help anyone is willing to offer to get me through this month. I hate asking but am scared that I wont have enough to cover my bills. I cant even buy Christmas gifts for my family.  Any help would greatly be appreciated.  God bless.
