Terminal Cancer Sucks!

Raising money for my amazing sister and her family!

Teesh is only 34 years old and has just been diagnosed with Terminal Bowel Cancer that has spread to her liver. This came has a huge shock for our whole family (or as we call it "The Village")!

In true Teesh style, she is hitting this head on and is absolutely inspiring with her attitude!

Her husband is an amazing man and is now facing an unknown future for his wife and their two young children (5&6 years old).

Together, they decided that the important thing to do was to buy a house close to the kids school so that Teesh can walk the kids to school even on the days that she has chemo!

The house has been bought and settles in late November, however it needs a bit of work done to it before they can move in!

With Teeshy having to drop work hours due to medical appointments and the side effects of chemo, I'm hoping to raise enough money for them to have someone come in and rip up the very old smelly carpets and polish the floors or paint some of the old walls that desperately need attention! There are endless things to do that all cost money, every dollar would be so helpful!

Hopefully one day, the mortgage will be reduced enough so that her husband Will can be a full time Dad to their two incredible young kids rather than a fulltime mechanic!

If we can help with the house costs, then maybe they will be able to try and save some money to go on a memorable family holiday or even to host a party filled with bright colours, glitter, Christmas trees and butterflies (all some of Teeshys favourite things)!
