Teddy Benoit’s Medical Expenses

Teddy sufered heart complications on Wednesday November 29. He had to have 2 valves replaced in his heart. The procedure took place Thursday November 30th; succesful operation. Teddy’s road to recovery will be long and well faught. His store Lead and Tackle will remain open from the help of friends and family, stop in any time to check in. We are asking for donations to help with his recovery and medical costs.

update 2/13/18:
Teddy has recovered very well and has been working at his store Lead and Tackle for the past few weeks.
My name is Jon Unsworth from Lyndonville. Teddy is a good friend of mine and very happy to see so many donations. The funds from this campaign will be used for his medical expenses.

update 2/20/18:
I Jon Unsworth plan to withdraw the money direct to my account through wire transfer. Once the funds hit my account I will be writing Teddy Benoit a check for the full amount. Teddy's plan to use the funds is to start paying his hospital bills wth the funds.
