<div>He has dedicated his life to always saving the day.

<div>In 1979, Ted Groene began his career as a bullfighter - and to this very day- is still one of the greatest to have ever worn those cleats.
</div>

<div>Saving lives in the arena, risking his own life and limb, Ted sustained a life altering injury in 1994.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Four short years later, in 1998, Ted ran from the backpens of the arena in Boise, Idaho to put himself in between a bull and PBR World Champion Chris Shivers. Laying himself on top of Chris, Ted saved his life.
</div>

<div>After retiring from bullfighting, Ted set his sights on being part of the team that keeps PBR operating like a well-oiled machine in cities all over the country. Despite being retired from bullfighting, the protective nature is still within him.

<div>Ted is one of the unsung heroes that runs toward a wreck instead of away - EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
</div>
