Technology Fund - Our Future

Covenant church is Butler PA's original church and for over 207 years has rich history of social justice and serving the community.  (Underground Railroad/freeing slaves, women in leadership, first integrated congregation, community food bank & today an open and affirming place for all who will come).

We have spent & are spending much time and resources helping to feed those in need in our community through a variety of programs. This means we have very little to spend on ourselves.  We are fundraising for a technology package (audio, video, lighting) to bring Covenant into the 21st Century.

With the appropriate equipment we can reach people where they are at: at home or on the go through Covenant TV. With the appropriate equipment we can use our facility for community programs that benefit or enrich lives. We also could help livestream or record weddings for the many folks who chose historic Covenant church to marry in. The purchase of cameras, a video switcher, audio board, wireless microphones, screens, and a professional lighting system will go a long way towards keeping our church vital and open for years to come. It's all about adapting to the world we currently live in.
