Friday February 2nd was a very scary day. Trammell had several blood clots that travelled from his leg to his heart and his lungs. At Mt Sinai an incredible team of Surgeons opened him up and removed the clots. In true Trammell form, he was up in 12 hours and demanding chapstick and water. Trammell is one of the strongest humans. A HUGE thank to his entire family and his friends who have been by his side and for everyone who has sent their love and prayers. He is already on the road to recovery and he will be back bigger and better than ever, but the process will take some time.  He will not be able to return to work right away, so I am reaching out to friends and family for your support.
