Reggie's Road to Recovery

Friends and Family,

On February 22, 2018, Reggie Crump was involved in a traumatic dirt bike accident that left him in critical condition. He suffered a severely broken pelvic bone, broken wrist, two collapsed lungs, and
nerve damage to his right leg. These injuries left Reggie unable to walk for what doctors say may be 9-12 months at least. While Reggie continues to make progress weekly, his on-going hospitalization, medication, and rehabilitation continues to be unknown. In additional to his mounting medical costs, Reggie will be confined to a wheelchair until his pelvis is repaired, nerve damage is corrected, and rehabilitation is complete.

Unsure of when his full healing will occur, the medical and rehabilitation bills are mounting and only a portion will be covered by medical insurance. In addition, to hospital costs, Reggie will need changes implemented to his home to accommodate his homecoming. These costs will include wheelchair ramp, renting of hospital equipment (bed, lifts, wheelchair, etc.), transportation vehicle, in-home treatment, etc.

Our friends and family have been very supportive throughout this journey with phone calls, text messages, prayers, visits, and hot meals. However, others continue to ask, “how can we help”.  We humbly ask for your financial support in any amount you choose. Please know that 100% of the funds raise through GoFundMe effort will be used for medical costs, treatment, and equipment for Reggie’s healing and recovery.

With sincere appreciation,

The Crump Family
