Team Molly & Rob - The Tangsters
Team Molly and Rob are gearing up for the 2nd annual Dancing with the Missoula Stars 2017 which will take place on February 18th, 2017 at the Missoula Children's Theatre.
Dancing with the Missoula Stars is a Benefit for the Downtown Dance Collective. Each celebrity is required to contribute $500 (the fee is for the dance lessons with our pro). The professional dancers put A LOT of time and energy into seven weeks of training the star and creating the choreography - plus helping the costume designers and makeup artists ensure we all look amazing.
We're hoping to raise at least $1500 by dance day! The team that raises the most money has a competitive advantage going into the battle (albeit a fun one) on February 18th.

We will be dancing the Tango and we're both excited to compete, but more importantly to help the dancing community expand by exposing the Downtown Dance Collective, it's classes, and the wonderful instructors who work there to more Missoulians.
As a child I enjoyed gymnastics with some ballet, a little modern jazz and dancing with friends, but I'm mostly a soccer/ski/swim athlete. I still love io get down with friends and bust a move in the kitchen with my kids, or at an occasional Oula or Zumba class. But Tango, live, in front of all of Missoula - this is a stretch!
In 2017 I'm choosing things that bring JOY to myself, my work, my community and/or my family. This is the perfect way to give back and spread JOY to the Missoula community! We appreciate your help and are sincerely thankful.
Tickets go on sale for #DWTMS2017 at the MCT Center for the Performing Arts on January 10th.
$45 for General Admission
$100 for VIP tickets.
There will be a VIP reception at 6:30 with food and beverage included in the price of the ticket. Doors open for General Admission tickets at 7pm and the show is at 7:30. It sold out last year, get your tickets early!
