Teammate's Road To Graduation

Our team here at Concordia University Irvine is currently trying to raise money for the return of a former teammate. Not only was Roman Smith an outstanding player, but he was an outstanding role model. He brought a smile to every practice he ever attended and never failed to teach the inexperienced on the field and in the classroom. Roman  was unable to return to school last year due to financial and family issues. He spent his sophmore year meeting the team and experiencing what being a college athlete was, but most importantly creating a new family.  He started working right away and has been saving money in order to return and is receiving all the financial aid he can possibly acquire, unfortunately he is $2,500 short.  Any kind of support will be greatly appreciated by Roman and his family, as well as the Mens Lacrosse team at Concordia.
