Team Lizzie - Stronger than Cancer

Donation protected

My 19 year-old cousin, Elizabeth Rodriguez, was starting out school when she was diagnosed with leukemia around three months ago. She had to drop out of school and take on chemotherapy. After the treatments, we were told things were looking a lot better. A match was found for her bone marrow and she was scheduled to have the transplant. However when she went in for testing, they believed to have found more cancer which would mean another month of chemo before even considering the transplant.

After more tests and a week full of prayers, it turns out the initial test was a false positive and she has been rescheduled for the bone marrow transplant! She will go in for chemo on May 31st and the transplant will take place on June 7th. From there, it will be approximately one more month in the hospital for recovery.

We ask you to not only continue praying for Liz, but to please consider donating to Lizzie's fight. Your donation will go to Elizabeth Rodriguez and her family to help with hospital costs, tests, and overall expenses while she continues to fight and heal.

A big thank you to everyone for their support, prayers and love during this time!

Together, we are stronger.
