Unfortunately the below story came to a sudden end when Taylor passed away on the 5th February 2018 at 02.05am. Taylor passed as a couragious young boy with a beautiful smile.
We are in the process of organising Taylor the send off this boy deserves. Details will be provided so all of Taylors friends can attend.

We would like to ask our friends and family of Taylor Dodsworth for a little bit of help.
Taylor, my 11 year old son has unfortunately been diagnosed with 2 types of Leukaemia after a short time of being unwell, this diagnosis has shocked our family and friends alike. The support and messages which have been received by Taylor and our family have overwhelmed us and we cannot thank people enough for all the support.
Taylor has been diagnosed with 2 different types of cancer - AML and ALL. They have confirmed it does make it more difficult to treat but with the support of everyone Taylor is a very determined boy who we are all proud of. Taylor has started chemotherapy which will continue for the foreseeable future with checks to see how well his body is responding to fighting the cancer.
Taylor and everyone around him remain positive for his treatment and he is going to kick cancers butt!!
If you can spare anything, any amount it all helps to get Taylor things that he needs ongoing, along with items to keep him occupied in hospital. So far we have bought him Lego sets and a Nintendo Switch from the donations, along with wifi in hospital. We also have normal living expenses to fund as I am currently signed off work by the GP due to being required to look after Taylor and stay overnight with him in hospital.
Taylor has a page on Facebook which I update when I can with his story and his ongoing treatment. You can also write on that page to Taylor to show your ongoing support and we will respond to you.
Once Taylor is in remission we would like to use some of the money which may be left over to take Taylor on a well deserved holiday. We would also like to donate and support any amounts left over to the ward who are doing a fantastic job of caring for my boy so they can continue caring for future children who are unfortunate enough to be diagnosed with cancer.
