My nephew, Aydin Zaheer, is a silly, sweet, loving little 3-year-old who loves monsters, ghosts, vampires, and most of all, his little brother Noah.
On November 4th, 2017, Aydin took a fall and was taken to the hospital for a concussion. What was originally a routine CT scan revealed that our little Aydin, had a tumor in his brain. He was taken to Johns Hopkins where he had major brain surgery within 2 days to remove the tumor. He is currently in recovery and gets a little stronger every day. Unfortunately, doctors confirmed that the tumor is malignant and Aydin will require about 9 months of radiation and chemotherapy. During this time, his Mom and Dad will have to stop working to accomodate an aggressive and rigorous treatment schedule. They are breadwinners in a 6 person household which includes, Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, Aydin, and baby Noah. We're looking to raise $50,000 to help cover the expenses of their home including mortgage, heat, water, cable etc so that they are able to focus on their baby without the added stress of bills. If there are any remaining funds, they will be donated to other cancer patients.
Please donate whatever you can to help out this beautiful family and their beautiful baby boy. We'd like to make sure that these next 9 months are as comfortable for our little man as possible. We'll be providing regular updates on little man's progress so that everyone can know the impact of their generosity.
