Dear Friends, As most of you know, Katie and John Hutchinson’s dear son, Ty (10), of New Alexandria, PA was recently diagnosed with T-cell leukemia.  I have known Katie as my best friend since very early childhood and she has been right by my side in the most joyous moments of my life, as well as the darkest.  Please join me in helping to be right by her side while she, John, and family endure the most overwhelming and terrifying of circumstances as parents.  Sweet Ty will be undergoing chemotherapy for the next 9 months, which will bring about many medical and transportation costs, as well as leaves from work while Katie and John help him win his toughest battle yet.  Let’s unite with them in this fight by helping to alleviate these stresses so they can focus on what is most important - getting Ty back to his healthy, active, and goofy self.        With your help, we can get this special boy back in the hockey rink and running out onto the baseball diamond to do what he loves most.  I would be forever grateful for your generosity.  If you are unable to give at this time, the Hutchinson family can use as many prayers and positive thoughts as possible while they bravely weather this storm.  Please share this page to help me get the word out and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.    And the Lord replied, “My precious, precious child, I love you and I would never leave you.  During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.”
