<div>We’re a small, family-run business fundraising for one of our own, Tanya, and her son Liam.
</div>

<div>Earlier this year, Liam was admitted to the hospital with severe back pain. Despite multiple visits, he was sent home several times until his pain became unbearable. After extensive testing, Liam was heartbreakingly diagnosed with Lymphoma. He underwent intense treatment, completing it in August, only to face an agonising wait to see if the cancer had cleared. Further tests in September revealed a diagnosis of Burkitt's, a rare and aggressive form of blood cancer.

<div>Liam is now undergoing an intense course of treatment. This means frequent trips to London for Tanya, along with overnight stays and additional food expenses. To help alleviate some of this financial strain, we’re raising funds to support Tanya and Liam.
</div>

<div>For a bit of background on Tanya—she’s truly wonderful, a kind, gentle soul who’d do anything for anyone and her son has not fallen far from the tree. Tanya is an invaluable part of our team, and this is to show our support for her and her family, especially to lovely Liam who is courageously battling his way to recovery.

<div>We’re donating a percentage (depending how generous you are :) ) of what we raise directly to Tanya to assist with travel, accommodation, and meal costs during Liam’s treatment in London. The remainder will go to two charities chosen by Liam and Tanya: ‘Foundation For Burkitt Lymphoma Research‘ to help raise awareness, and ‘Macmillan’ who have been supporting them.

<div>So, we’re gearing up for the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge on the 16th and 17th of November. That's just over a month to transform this merry crew into mountain conquerors! Here’s the dream team and their impressive fitness résumés, giving you a taste of the "challenge" we’re in for:
</div>

</div>
<div>Dan – Ex-military and our fearless (team-designated) commander. He’ll lead the group while we try to keep up.
</div>
<div>Lucy – Dan’s better half, who loves a nice stroll… but only if there's a pint waiting at the end!
</div>
<div>Sophie – She’s all about that mountaintop view, but getting there? Let’s just say that’s where her husband comes in.
</div>
<div>Dean – Sophie's husband, aka "the mountain mule," who does his once a year duty of dragging Sophie up the Scottish hills on their annual holiday.
</div>
<div>Reece – Our gentle giant with Type 1 diabetes, stronger than an ox but cardio… not so much.
</div>
<div>Aimee – Reece’s wife, fresh off the new-mum circuit and, let’s face it, probably the fittest of the lot!
</div>
<div>Fliss – Part-time yoga teacher, full-time tumble risk. She’s here to keep us limber but is far more familiar with yoga mats than mountain paths.
</div>
<div>Charlotte – She gets her steps in chasing after her four kids—more cardio than any gym can offer.
</div>
<div>Nick – Our charming silver fox, whose primary workout routine involves scaling ladders—yep, we’re counting that as fitness! Watch out for his suave ladder techniques!
</div>
<div>Katie – Nick's wife, who’s basically a dance-floor diva and thinks a solid two-step counts as training.
</div>
<div>Steve T - Our resident big guy who’s all about conserving energy... especially when it comes to tea rounds!!
</div>
<div>Chad - our newest member of the team and dad to two young kids. He’s already a pro at endurance, if he can survive toddler tantrums, Welsh Three Peaks should be a breeze, right?
</div>

<div>So, we’re definitely in shape to climb… or at least, we’ll have a laugh trying!
</div>
