Team Sonia

Hey everyone, welcome to Team Sonia. Sonia is our friend and coworker on 5A, a busy medical-surgical unit. Sonia works hard to care for our patients, she has a heart of gold and smile that will not quit. She has just been diagnosed with Stage IV cancer and is about to begin the fight of her life. Sonia has three children and a loving husband. She is the devoted mom of a special needs child and has spent her life caring for others. She often works more than 50 hours a week to provide for her family and care for our patients. We are asking for your generosity in donating to this fund to help with expenses. She needs help with the mortgage and bills. If you’ve ever had a special nurse or nursing assistant make a difference in your hospital stay, please donate in their honor.
