Kailua now has the opportunity to consider a new more proactive plan for the traditionally attractive Pali Lanes property. This step is part restoration and part inspiration, honoring the reasons we’ve loved Kailua over the years, while also planning to mitigate it’s approaching short and long term challenges.

We are a small group of local activists who are fighting Alexander & Baldwin from destroying Pali Lanes. We are doing everything that we can to save Pali Lanes. 

The current lease at Pali Lanes will expire on Jan. 30. Then starting in February Pali Lanes will be operated on a month-to-month lease. That means (speaking in hypothetical terms) Pali Lanes could be open in February and then told in March that they would have to shut down.
With this new lease, Team #SavePaliLanes and the two Pali Lanes owners will not be able to pursue our plan to completely renovate Pali Lanes.

We need your donations to help us fight Alexander & Baldwin. With your generous donation, we will use it to fight Alexander & Baldwin to the very end. The money will be used specifically to 1) help offset the cost of our lawyer 2) produce new save Pali Lanes shirts 3) purchase ads (in radio, television, magazine, newspaper, etc.) 4) purchase signs and 5) publicity in any creative way.
