Team Recovery Station & Nutritionist

My name is Jose Flaco Perez. Im the owner of a small boxing gym Flaco's Community Gym in Hollywood FL. I am also a retired registered nurse and retired chef.

We have an amateur team of about 15 kids and about 40 in the program ranging from 7-28 yrs old. We train Mon-Fri for 2.5 hrs and compete throughout the country. Last year (2022) we had a total of 103 fights.

These boys are young and don't realize the amount of punishment they are putting on their bodies, especially their joints.

I am asking for the support of the community to help us add a recovery station in our facility and bring a nutritionist on board to educate our families about the importance of nutrition.
