Team Louisiana World Series Trip

The Monroe 14 Year Old All Stars is a collection of the 13 best players from Monroe Youth Baseball Association. They are selected by the coaches based on their performance during the regular season and are asked to represent Monroe in the District tournament and beyond. Our guys went to Distrcit and went 4-0 and won the district Championship allowing them the chance to compete at state. In the State tournament in Bossier we went to the championship and won 2 out 3 against a great Jefferson Parish team. With this State Championship title it qualified us to represent the State of Louisiana in the Dixie Boys World Series. Only 12 teams make it from 12 different States. With Grit and determination that team from Louisiana is the Monroe All Stars. The World Series is in Bluffton, South Carolina August 4th-9th the expenses for this tournament include Louisiana jerseys, travel, hotel rooms, and food for the team. Although we do recieve some financial help from MYBA and the State it is not enough to cover all expenses. With your support we can make our way to South Carolina to represent not only Monroe, but the entire state of Louisiana. All additional money raised and not used on trip will go to MYBA (Monroe Youth Baseball Association) and their mission to bring great Dixie baseball to Monroe and surrounding area.
