Team Kim

My dads girlfriend, who my brother and I basically consider our stepmom at this point, was recently diagnosed with a very aggressive stage IV cancer about a month ago. She went in to the ER with some back pain and they got some of the worst news they could imagine. Since then she's started chemo and had her first round, but that has caused her to have a stroke. So as of right now she is back in the hospital fighting even more battles. My dad has taken a leave of absence from work and has been by her side 24/7 in the hospital and at home. For those of you that know Kim or my dad you know that neither like to ask for help. Ever. We're doing what we can between both families but I still feel like I'm not doing enough and wanted to try and lessen the burden for them in any way I can since the medical bills will inevitably start to pile up along with all the other stress that has come along with this. They do anything and everything for us kids and I want to help them now. Even if you can only leave a little message for Kim or my dad I'm sure they would love it and it would make them smile in such a terrible time. I'll be sure they see them all :) Thank you!
