Team Katie

Our little pocket rocket Katie had recently been diagnosed ,Grade 2 Astrocyte which is a low grade treatable cancer with a 80% survival rate. She will undergo radiation and chemotherapy as her tumor is in an area that's not safe for her to operate in. She currently has vision and focus impairment  in both eyes right side being more affected and has short term memory issues which they're hoping is just a side effect from her recent brain operation which was done to drain fluid that had built up in the brain and do a biopsy on the once known mass that's spread across her two cerebellums.

She's in very high and positive spirits and is really keen to get out and play some netball  . The Dreger's are taking it in their stride and having a can do attitude about this shitty disease. Katie will be undergoing a process of chemotherapy and radiation and any support give is grately appreciated xxx
