TEAM Kate - Awareness for Lupus

Kate was diagnosed with Lupus Nephritis on December 6, 2016. She has had several out patient infusions to control flares. She went in the hospital on June 27, 2017 and remains in the hospital. She is currently on dialysis to try and get her kidneys to function again. The fluid built up is beginning to move to other organs. Her lungs are full of fluid and is undergoing a scope to see if lupus has attacked lungs and rule out any infection. Currently, Kate is in ICU with no estimated time line to be discharged. Christy has been away from her job and home in order to help care for Kate. Christy and Tony has been traveling long distances so that sweet Kate is in the best of care. Let's support their needs and love them during this battle.
