Greetings to all of Jessica Reedstrom’s supporters,
In October, while nursing her 8 month old baby, Jessica felt a lump on her left breast. Jess quickly realized that she needed to immediately consult with her doctor about the lump. After an ultrasound and biopsy, Jess received the news on November 11 that she has stage 3 breast cancer. After many tests and consultations with doctors, Jess will have 20 weeks of chemotherapy, followed by a double mastectomy, radiation, and reconstruction surgery.
Jess is one incredibly amazing and strong woman. She is a dedicated wife to her husband Kyle, and an amazing stay at home mom to her four children Allie, Evan, Noah, and Rory. As her friend, it is an unbelievable blessing to have her in my life. Jess brings so much joy, happiness, love, and positivity to all of us who are so lucky to know her. Having Jess in my life has been one of my greatest privileges and I want to make sure that I do everything I can to support this truly wonderful family.
This will be a long journey for Jess and her family and it is important that they have as little stress as possible during this time. All donations will be used toward various expenses such as copays, premiums, driving expenses to treatment, and all the other costs that add up during cancer treatment.
Jess, Kyle, and their four children are so grateful for the outpouring of love and support since her diagnosis. I know that through prayer, continuous support from family, friends, and the community, that Jess will fight and beat breast cancer!
