<div>We are Team East and we are walking 138 miles in aid of Macmillan. The 138 miles is the distance North to South of our region.
</div>
<div>We will be walking and running this distance to raise as much as we can for this amazing charity.

<div>We will also be holding a sponsored silence for our Director of Stores, Shezad Alimahomed so dig deep so we can all have a day of peace and quiet and watch him struggle to keep quiet.
