Teaching Pastors in IVORY COAST!!

Donation protected
HUGE UPDATE!!!!

As of 10-4-17, the Jamaica class has been canceled. But, God has opened a door for me to teach at a Bible College in the Ivory Coast in West Africa on the same exact dates! A lot went into preparing for this trip, logistically, and for the new class to fit the same time frame is nothing short of a miracle! So, the ministry I'm doing is the same, just a new location and a new course!

I'm still super excited about this opportunity. For whatever reason, God closed the door on Jamaica, but He opened the door in West Africa. So, I'm walking through!

I'm still in need of your support, both financially and through your prayers! If you are able to donate, please do so (and God bless you for it!). But, I need your prayers more than anything!

Hello!

As many of you know, I have long had a passion for missions. I've had the privilege of serving on several missions in several different areas throughout the years. In the last few years, I have also developed a passion for teaching. I have now been presented with an opportunity to combine both of those passions.

In October, I will have the opportunity to travel to Jamaica to teach and train local pastors who are pursuing a degree in theology!

I am partnering with two different schools, Global University and the Caribbean School of Theology, to teach a course on Corinthians in Kingston, Jamaica. This will be a two-week intensive course for local pastors in the Kingston area. This is a fourth-year course, so most of the pastors are close to graduating with a Bacheolor of Arts in Theology.

I am asking for your help in two ways. First, and foremost, I am asking for your prayers. This type of mission is something that I have never done before. I want to do it well, to the glory of God, and I want it to be impactful and transformative for the pastors taking the course. I want this course to be an extension of the ministry they are performing in the Kingston area.

Secondly, I am asking for your financial support. While much of the financial cost will be taken care of while I am in the country, there are costs regarding travel and logistics that I must cover.

After prayerful consideration, if you would like to donate, you can do so in two ways. First, you may donate on the GoFundMe page. Secondly, if you would like to insure a charitable contribution, you may send it to:

Mt. Pleasant Church of God
24107 Foxville Rd.
Smithsburg, MD 21783

If you send a check to the church, please make it out to the church, and write "Matt Green's Missions" in the memo line.

Please know that any funds you donate will go directly to make this mission experience happen. You will have a lasting impact on the furtherance of the Gospel in Jamaica. And, I will be eternally grateful for your support!

Will you consider donating to a great cause?
God bless!
