<div>El 8 de marzo de 2018 lancé en Youtube un vídeo - denuncia al que siguió el apartamiento de la Magistrada Instructora de dicha causa, Ana Isabel Pérez Asenjo, por la admisión a trámite contra ella de una querella por omitir su deber de perseguir los delitos de Kote Cabezudo.

<div>Por aquel vídeo ella me demandó al entender su derecho al honor vulnerado y la Audiencia Provincial de Guipúzcoa me condenó a indemnizarla con 40.000 euros más intereses y costas. La misma Audiencia Provincial que consideró que una víctima de Kote Cabezudo por ser violada, estafada y objeto de pornografía infantil debía ser indemnizada por él con tan sólo 16.000 euros.

<div>El Tribunal Supremo acaba de inadmitir mi recurso de casación contra la Sentencia que me condena y si no abono la indemnización con intereses y costas (que podría ascender hasta los 75.000 euros aproximadamente), en el plazo aproximado de un mes iniciarán un procedimiento de ejecución para embargar mi cuenta del banco, el apartamento en el que vivo o el vehículo con el que me muevo para la defensa de los casos de la Asociación Justicia Poética.

<div>Voy a seguir peleando ante el Tribunal Constitucional y ante el Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos si es necesario, pero eso ya no detendrá la ejecución que se cierne sobre mí.

<div>Si no consigo reunir el dinero y me ejecutan, aquello que nació con el vídeo del 8 de marzo llegará a su fin. Aquel vídeo fue un milagro. Solo puedo sentir gratitud por toda la gente buena que me ha acompañado y sostenido en estos años, y orgullo por lo conseguido en el caso Kote Cabezudo y con la Asociación Justicia Poética. Volvería a hacerlo un millón de veces.
