<div>My names Dougie Haynes, and this summer (Southern hemisphere!) I'll be attemtping to carry two sets of golf clubs the length of New Zealand along the Te Araroa Trail. I will be aiming to raise money for two charities, KidsCan in New Zealand, and Mind in the UK.

<div>This GoFundMe page is a page mainly aimed at friends and family to help get me over the line in terms of funding required to get all my gear together and also sustain me on the trail, I'll be walking for approximately 5 months!

<div>I'm asking that if you're willing, a small percentage of your total donation (say 5-10%)  goes into this pot and the rest into your choice of the two charities mentioned, either or both! their pages can be found separately. This go fund me is to help me reach the recommended $12,000NZD to complete the trail, I am manically trying to save myself to this target, but I may fall a little short by the time I depart in late October. Any excess left by the completion of the trail will be split equally into the two mentioned charities!
