<div>At TDF The Lab, we’re launching a community youth project to give local teenagers free access to fitness, boxing, SAQ, and strength &amp; conditioning, along with positive mentorship.

</div>
<div>Having spent much of my teenage years in a children’s home, I know how powerful the right environment and support can be. A safe space, good role models, and a sense of belonging can truly change lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This project will:
</div>
<div>Provide free weekly training for local teens
</div>
<div>Support mental health and boost confidence
</div>
<div>Create safe spaces to talk about real-life challenges
</div>
<div>Connect young people with mentors and coaches who care
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every donation goes directly toward equipment, venue costs, and delivering these free sessions.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, we can give our young people a place to grow, connect, and believe in themselves.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for supporting, donating, or sharing it all makes a difference.
