Carlo’s new opportunity for quality of life
My name is Carlos and I am raising funds for my oldest son Carlo J. Cortez-Figueroa. Carlo is 9 years old and since he was 3 years old he has been in medical treatment and different therapies. Of which many of them are not covered by our health insurance and we are responsible to pay out of pocket. Due to the condition that Carlo has I am the only person who works because my wife must take care of him and take him to his therapies and also take care of his 2 brothers. In this year as a family we decided that it is time to take the next step (extremely important) and provide him with a new alternative treatment with stem cells. We have all the hopes in this new treatment but unfortunately it is outside the U.S.A all the medical expenses including transportation and stay are going to be out of pocket and is out of our reach. This is why we decided to use Go fund me because we want Carlo to have a better quality of life. Any help will be appreciated and blessed.

Mi nombre es Carlos y estoy recaudando fondos para mi hijo mayor Carlo J. Cortez-Figueroa. Carlo tiene 9 anos de edad y desde que tiene 3 anos ha estado en tratamiento medico y en diferentes terapias. De los cuales mucho de ellos no estan cubiertos por nuestro seguro medico y nosotros debemos costear las mismas. Debido a la condicion de Carlo soy la unica persona que trabaja debido a que mi esposa debe cuidar de el y llevarlo a sus terapias y ademas cuidar de sus 2 hermanos. En este ultimo ano como familia decidimos que ya es hora de tomar el siguiente paso (sumamente importante) y someterlo a un nuevo tratamiento alternativo con celulas madres. Tenemos todas las esperanzas en este nuevo tratamiento pero lamentablemente es fuera de los U.S.A y todos los gastos medicos incluyendo transportacion y estadia son bastantes y fuera de nuestros alcances. Esta es la razon por la cual decidimos utilizar Go fund me por que deseamos que Carlo tenga una mejor calidad de vida. Cualquier ayuda sera apreciada y bendecida.
