Save the bakery

A year ago a dream was started to start a modern yet retro magical bakery. In two months Gabrielas Bakery and Patisserie was started. We opened our shop in a small town wanting to provide something different. Like any new buisness we had our ups and downs but we floated along. A few months into the new year we were told that a bridge would be closed for 6 months now just so you know and get an idea how this plays out I'll explain. We are located on the coast this bridge connects us to a island where alot of our customers come through, where we get our traffic. Now this island has two bridges the one that is closing will be forcing resident to make a 25 minute commute if they wish to stop by our store. With this news we were devastated on top of hearing we felt our community fading and as summer approched our tourism didn't go to well due to mother nature. So what should have been a good year turned into needing help from others. Now we do have a steady group who have supported us but it hasn't been enough. Hurricane Florance is the newest addition to a series of problems as we lost not only buisness but had some damage to the shop. We need help to survive this and to try to stay ahead and keep us afloat. We worked hard to get here and we would hate to lose our shop. Blood sweat and tears were put into this. We keep working hard everyday to make this work. Thank you and we hope you understand.
