Tay's Yoga for Youth Without Shelter

Hi Everyone!
Tis' the season to give back and this year I have decided to raise money to benefit Youth Without Shelter's A Home for The Holidays Campaign.
Each night in Toronto up to 2,000 youth struggle to find a safe place to call home, a situation that has worsened throughout the pandemic. YWS is Etobicoke's singular emergency residence and referral agency serving youth experiencing homelessness between the ages of 16 and 24. The 33-bed Emergency Residential Program meets the immediate needs of the youth by providing safe shelter, crisis counseling, nutritious food, clothing, and hygiene products. Residents are given access to life skills training sessions and workshops through YWS's Life Skills and Housing & After-Care Programs. An Employment Program aims to alleviate the obstacles youth encounter in finding and maintaining employment.
I will be hosting a live Zoom Yoga Class on Sunday, December 20th at 11:00 am as a way to bring people together and thank you for your donations!
Please donate whatever you can! Any donation will help make an impact. My goal is to raise $750.00- enough to provide safe shelter for one youth for one full month. A private donor will be matching my donation up to the $1000.00 point.
Once you have made a donation (or if you are not able to donate but would still like to join) please reach out to me via social media, email, or cell and I will send you the Zoom invitation before the event!
