Hello,
We are the Taylor brothers, Meshai & Nikko born and raised in El Sobrante/Richmond, CA.
Recently we were selected to play for Cepeda Baseball and represent the United States in the Dominican Republic from June 10-June 17, 2018 for the 5th Annual Cepeda Caribbean Classic games. Hosted by Ali Cepeda a professional ball player who is the son of Orlando Cepeda who played for the Giants, Cardinals, Braves, A’s, Red Sox and Royals and whom was also inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame. We have demonstrated what it takes to compete at a high level against elite players.
Our journey of being a baseball players has taught us so much about ourselves, such as our strengths and weaknesses, and how hard we can push ourselves physically and mentally. We have been to USSSA, NTCB & All World tournaments/showcases, where we learned so much more about our sport. To become a world-class athlete we had to push our limits and develop incredible self-discipline.
To be able to reach our goals this year we have to pay $2,150(total) for the Cepeda Caribbean Classic’s which includes an All-Inclusive Hotel, tournament fees, professional coaching, motivational speakers, excursions and a life time of memories. This however does not include our airfare which is roughly between $550-$700 roundtrip for each of us. This is why we need your support. All donations will directly help us fund our fees. By contributing you will help us reach our goals but you will also take part in our journey of becoming Cepeda Caribbean All Stars!
