Taylor Quizbowl NSC Nationals Fund

My name is William Golden, and I am a junior at James E. Taylor High School in Katy, Texas. I am a member of my school's quizbowl team, which is a buzzer-based competition in which teams from two different schools compete against each other in a game testing knowledge of subjects from history to science to literature to popular culture.
Taylor is currently ranked #1 in the nation, over thousands of other teams across the country. Because of our success, we are looking to compete in the National Scholastic Championship taking place on the weekend of June 2-3rd, 2018 in Washington, D.C . Unfortunately, we do not have the funds needed to attend the event, and registration is closing quickly.
My teammates and I have studied hours upon hours in our quest to gain knowledge and compete against the very best. Three of our seniors are skipping their high school graduations to compete in an important tournament. Participating at nationals would mean a lot to us, and any donation you give will allow us to be one step closer to achieving our dream.
