Taylor Azhocar- Pedal for Pat Support Team

Taylor Azhocar is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who specializes in clinical massage and structural bodywork. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2015 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. In 2018 she earned her certification in professional clinical massage therapy from the Florida School of Advanced Bodywork. Taylor has over 5 years experience massaging clients of all ages, backgrounds and pain needs.Taylor’s background and training is in using the “Edgework” technique. This technique is based on applying the ideal level of pressure to maximize stress reduction, while minimizing resistance or negative reaction to the client’s neuromuscular system. She also has training and experience in Swedish, prenatal and sports massage, as well as myofascial release.

Pedal for Alzheimer's, originally know as "Pedal for Pat," was co-founded in 2017 by Josh Crisp and Michelle Brooke-Marciniak. The 1,098-mile cycling event was created to honor the legacy of the late University of Tennessee women's basketball coach Pat Summitt who died of Alzheimer's in 2016.
