Tarc -Junior Olympics (cross country)

TARCjo is a local running club for boys 11 to 14 years old that branched off from Traverse area running club (Tarc) in order to compete at the Junior Olympic level. There are eleven boys working towards participating in the national Junior Olympics cross country meet in San Antonio, TX on December 14th. At this meet they will be competing against the countries best runners. For any young runner this is the most prestigious race they can compete in. They eat, sleep and dream about running. Competing in this meet would make their dreams come true.

Competing at this level is going to roughly cost about $800 per runner.
