Chloe's Dad is dying right now, in a hospital in way East Texas. Tara will be missing work until he passes, paying for a cheap hotel so Chloe can be with her father for his last moments. There is no insurance for something like this, but no parent should have to choose between letting her daughter be with her dad as he died and keeping the lights on.
